Additional Legal Verbiage for Contest

Taxes and incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Including all federal, state, and local taxes as applicable to the nation winner resides in. All prizes are non-transferable and/or not assignable. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 21 days of winning the prize or the prize will be forfeited. By entering either contest, winner consents without limitation and without receiving additional compensation, to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph, and/or likeness by AGEIA Technologies, Inc, BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. for advertising purposes in all print, electronic or broadcast media.

AGEIA Technologies, Inc. in its role in provisioning prizes permits no alternative prize or other substitution in its sole discretion except in the event of prize unavailability. The prize will be awarded. Prize is nontransferable.

Winner Selection

The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days of the drawing. The Prize Winner will be required to verify address and to execute before a notary public an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 14 days after notification attempt. If winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. AGEIA Technologies, Inc. or its agent is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners or for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of a winner who is a minor to provide signed guardian consent. Failure of the winner to return the executed affidavits and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed and notarized forms are returned. By accepting prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices and likeness for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and/or The Game Creators Ltd. without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Potential First Prize Winner will receive their prize via mail upon verification at the address provided by the entrant on the contest-entry registration page. If the package is returned to AGEIA Technologies, Inc. or its agent due to errors in address provided by the entrant on the contest-entry registration page, it will result in forfeiture of the prize by the potential winner and selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.

Conditions

By entering the contest, it is understood that if you have selected to receive more information from AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. As a result, you may receive additional e-mail communication/promotions from AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party except as required to manage the contest and fulfill prize delivery. By entering, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Participants further agree to release AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. and their agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the contest or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. AGEIA Technologies, Inc. and its agencies assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or late entries or by any human or mechanical error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. AGEIA Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel contests or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to mistakes in the production of the contest. AGEIA Technologies, Inc. may prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. representatives. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, conduct of the promotion, then AGEIA Technologies, Inc. BFG Technologies, Inc. and The Game Creators Ltd. reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, AGEIA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
